Not much different than a woman who was on a performance improvement plan at any employer claiming sexual harassment on their way to the HR department on the final day of the PIP.

But I full heartedly agree that if anyone was doubting she and the environmental groups were colluding together before this lawsuit that this is the proof they are in it together and always have been. If this were a conservative and a conservative group in Washington the governor and attorney general would have already had them charges but because they are liberals they get the opportunity to claim a civil rights violation 😡
