July Bow Report
« on: August 06, 2009, 02:13:05 PM »
The Bow Report for July is the PSE OMEN....

Axle-to-axle: 33-1/2"

Brace Height: 5-1/2"

IBO Speed: 366-358 fps

Let-off: 70% - 75%

Mass Weight: 4.2 lbs

The Bow has the Biomechanically Ergonomic Slim Throat (B.E.S.T.) Grip,
Vibracheck™Backstop™-Instantly terminates string vibration
Massively preloaded 12" split limbs
Past parallel limb design, Pivoting HyperSplit™limb pockets
America's Best Premium Bowstrings ...I know there not xXx G-Strings....but that ok
Multiple sight mounting holes, MossyOak Treestrand camo
The draw is smooth tell the last few " of the draw..the back wall is hard...harder than the X-Force
quite on the shot and no hand shock....the bow aims very well.
I shot the bow at 29" of draw with a 350 grain arrow at 70lbs shot 351 fps...with a peep and D-loop on the string....FAST
then a 435grain arrow at 320 fps....
next I shot it at 28" of draw with the 350 grain arrow at 342 fps and 310 fps with the 435 grain arrow...
This is the bow I will be hunting with this year 28" draw 60lbs 409grain ACC Pro Hunters at 300fps.
If you are looking foe SPEED this is the bow or you would like to shoot less lbs and good speeds.

Looks good. Nice all around hunting setup. Good arrow weight, good speed and apparently by your pic's excellent shootability.

Couldn't get one even if I could afford it.  Doesn't look like it has a short enough DL for me at 25".

Ok Pretty Please
