I weigh every charge but I use the dippers to get just under what I need, then I use a trickler to bump it up the last little bit to the exact weight I want. I've been using the Lee dippers for 25 years. So I've never had a need to buy a more expensive powder measure. Now if I were trying to load in high volume my method would be too slow. But for the amount I reload it works well.

What bobcat said!
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.
