I hunted the clockum for just over ten years. It started out great, but got progressively worse each year, not the elk hunting, but the inbread morons who have seemed to multiply in the area each year. The last three years I hunted it (I dont hunt there anymore, havnt for the last few years) we had numerous bad encounters, not just vocal ones either, guys literally drawing their bows on other hunters. Needless to say, regardless of the legalities, my lil partner is always with me in the woods WHENEVER and WHEREVER. There are too many nutjobs so I dont take chances.
