finally got to look at the pics.  Nice job Michael!
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Thanks guys... here's a few more pictures to top off the thread...
SuperMan!

You can see where I made the shot from... above the two pine trees on the ridge on the left of the picture...  The skylined ridge in the far background is where we spotted him from.

Here's my favorite picture...  just cause he looks BIG! haha

Last picture

Looked on google earth, we had a 14 mile round trip that day... we dropped 2K feet after we spotted him, and climbed another 1K feet up the other side to get to him...  all in 2.2 miles... ;)

Great Bull. Great Story. Great shot! Practice and confidence always pays off. I know at the range I can make long shots, but I bowhunt so I have never really had to make those shots with a gun. I have seen people blow those shots at 100 yards. You won't here any bitchin about that shot from me, Great Job!!!

Congrats on a great bull and a great story, good job on your first bull!
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.

Sweet bull, Michael.  Way to get it done!  I know how tough it is when going to school - both financially and time-wise.  You are making the most of your time in ID.

Thanks guys!

yeah JJ its been pretty tough.  I've studied more this semester and am taking the fewest amount of credits I've ever had and its been rediculous!  Spend an average of 20 hrs a week in the library (where I'm at right now taking a break lol) on top of classes...  Sure been nice to have steaks in the fridge this week though!  Can't wait for thanksgiving!
