Bump... I'm lookin for a new fillet knife. What do you have left? Need something flexible with good length for salmon and steelhead duty.

I can testify the knife is excellent, flexible and keeps an edge....  I think it is awesome...  Great Job Rick....

Those top two, are they flexible enough to filet the skin off a salmon or rockfish?
