No, didn't see any tracks around. I'm certain it's bear, not elk.

This is the last of my "crappy" pictures. This was a small pile, about 6 feet from the pile in that last pic I posted. I'm assuming this was from a cub w/sow because of that.

Along with the GPS, pocket knives, handguns, spare change, etc....
They are omnivours.....
good thing it's not bells and smells like pepper.....
