The results are finally out! i have been applying for both every year and havent drawn till this year. i was lucky enough to draw both deer and elk.  i dont even know where to start

Am I mistaken in thinking that you can only purchase one or the other if you draw both?

WHy?  If you draw you can buy.... however I never have so maybe I am wrong?
