note in the pie chart.....83% goes to "environmental issues" however that is misleading because in smaller print to the side they mention legislative and legal....I'd say that 83% probably mostly goes to creating lawsuits and legislating and they are simply another front for money collection by HSUS...this is my guess I am lacking the time right this minute to dig up any proof tying them together but I am pretty sure they are on HSUS's donation list

The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) respects the privacy of its donors and has put in place a Donor Privacy Policy to honor your rights.
General Collection and Use of Personal Information
The HSUS collects and uses personal information such as: name, address, phone number, and email address when a donor voluntarily provides it to us. In addition, HSUS keeps a record of each donor's giving history. This information is kept on file for IRS purposes and is also used by the Development Department to analyze overall giving patterns in order to make more accurate budget projections.
At times, The HSUS shares the names and addresses of its donors with other groups which may have information of interest for the recipients. Once a year, donors are asked whether they would like to be excluded from these third party mailings. Personal account number information is never disclosed for any purpose.

i wonder how many of these wolf protectors spend time in the wilderness unarmed among the packs, or have livestock living amongst them.
