Wildmanoutdoors, i have been in mortgage 10 years. I think this sounds like a scam (either what he is telling you or what you are saying). If a mortgage lender tells you u can skip 2 payments....something is fishy about that.

He is not skipping two payments - he is only skipping 1 payment, July's.  When we had talked on the phone I had stated to him that he would skip one payment just which month would depend on when the paperwork was completed.  He understood he wasn't skipping two payments..

I contacted Jon yesterday "Just to see what he could do". Turns out he was able to streamline my FHA loan and with absolutely no cost to me is saving me 146.00 a month. Hey got a first time home buyer question , what have banks been looking for " credit score" with the market lately. I want to buy a new home before im 30, next yr. Soon. But i know i need credit help! I make good money but made mistakes when i was younger.
