I think everyone agrees with that statement.

What the big conversation piece is weather OHV's should be used at all.

There are those that believe they do not belong in the woods at all or used for hunting and that is where the big discussions is at.

What we have is those for there use and those against there use, but we all agree it should be done legally and with in the law, but is it up to each of us  to know the rules of the area we are in, an di am talking about hunters and OHV users. Some places it may b elegal other it may not. Not all lands are managed the same, public or private.

Weather you like it or not, OHV's are here to stay and only get more popular...........

They should be allowed on the same roads that jeeps and pickups drive, but most other places they should not (trails, gated roads, blocked roads, etc.) It's getting to the point in many areas that there's nowhere a person can hunt by walking without having ATV's passing him by all day long. I think it's stupid that most Forest Service roads don't allow the use of ATV's. But, I know what the reason is and in a way it makes perfect sense. If they let people ride ATV's on the roads then people will take them everywhere else too (off the roads.) So it's easier from an enforcement perspective to ban them altogether.

that is why I have a plated wr 450, so I can cruise the roads and take it all in w/o beating the piss out of my rigs.

And I have WR250 for the same reason, but there is places I would love to take my quad that I can't.

it would definitely be easier to find road and trails to ride "legally", if the state would quit "illegally" stealing our NOVA funds, and use them for what we voluntarily gave them up to be used for.
