Looks good!  (Nice grouse too)
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Looks just like any road in Okanogan..LOL  Looks alot like the road on Dugout Mtn..  Nice Birds.  How has the hunting been up there?  I live in Coulee and hunt up there a lot.

Runs in cycles. Birds were fair this year, so far. Not too many deer. I located (4) small bucks in a day and a half. Last year, there were way too many hunters (deer). Places we normally hike into were crawling with people (in some places, it was the first time we have EVER seen people!!). I expect this year, there will be too many as well but, they will cycle off and we can go back to hunting with limited pressure. We have seen some tremendous bucks over the last few years (I love antler restrictions). Some pushing the 190-200 mark! There too smart for me though.

YOu hunt out of Republic or the Kettle Crest?  I have run into some dandies..but it is tough.  I saw a dandy whitetail up last time..

Little further west. Ya, there up there but, there is a reason they are big. We found an excellent matched set of sheds right behind our camp (see "matched set" under the Sheds forum). Not too many get a chance to see what this state really has to offer. Sometimes I think it is a good thing though.
