Cougar is not bad at all. Very lean to grind, like any game. Coyote I wouldn't try just from the smell! |

I voted cougar even though I haven't tried it. I would for sure. Probably steak, roast, burg and canned. As for yotes.....yuck. Can't even think about it without getting a bit sick. |

Never tried either but a buddy of mine got a couple cougar steaks from the local butcher and he said it was fantastic!! I trust him enough to say I would eat cougar. |
