Beautiful bucks and wonderful country.  Statewide, really good whitetails.  The color on your buddy's buck, grey tones vs tan tones, gives it that mulie ghost appearance.  Awesome pics!!
If you think you can or think you can't, you're right.

thanks guys, yes we were shooting huskemaws and the guns were built by my buddy, and we were hunting in the basin my grandparents place is up the greybull. My Dad has actually been watching that buck along with a couple others through the summer. We normally chase mule deer but the area was being seismoghraphed so the deer hunting was scarcePlan B didnt turn out to bad

Nice work!  Glad to see you had a good trip back with your family.  Did you guys manage to get out elk hunting in Wyoming this year?

Yea we went up a couple days first day we seen 40 head no good bulls second day we jumped a decent bull but my step dad wount shoot unless its a mature bull, and 9 wolves. My mom still has a cow tag to fill but they will get that out of the field when the snow pushes them down

Cool man, sounds like a good couple days of elk hunting to me even though you didn't tag one.  Always nice to get back home to hunt.
