just out of curiosity, i am wondering if given the rights to bait bears again, and spearing them with a hand held , made in the shop spear was the only legal hunting method how many of us would do it, oh and you don't get to carry a back up weapon either only a back up spear

i would given a back-up weapon, even though i really dont see the bear attacking after you spear it :twocents:

guess some havnt heard of the practice, but i know of people in ak still that do it. spearing pigs is something i would like to try to some day
