Booner Bull
« on: January 27, 2011, 12:56:08 PM »
Well, I got my bull officially scored...I knew he was awfully close to making the all time book. Its funny, I've never killed anything close to book before and would have been just as happy with a 350 bull as with this one, but knowing he was going to be "close" I was really pulling for him to make it...

Well... he made it. The minimum score to make the all-time elk list is 375 net. This bull ended up scoring 375 0/8 NET, 382 7/8 Gross. Its funny that I was really nervous that he might score 374 5/8 or something like that... LMAO... No more worries though!! :IBCOOL:

Now that its done, I can work on getting the cape and this rack to Charlie..... ;)

For those that missed it, I killed him in November in Montana... here's the story...

Absolutely awesome bull there HS, congrats, a true all time B&C book, public land, non limited draw bull is very, very rare.  That is awesome.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

Congrats! What a beautiful critter!
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.
