I've noticed a lot of places have gone out of business or have quit taking wild game. I would suggest checking ahead to make sure the processor you plan to use is still in business and is taking wild game. |

Was just talking to a meat cutter in the area and he said he has stock coming in from all over the west side because they are getting fewer and fewer.... Not many of the younger generation are interested in actual work... As the older meat cutters retire there isn't anyone picking up where they left off. |
