:yike: i would have taken that one to the police Dept. very odd indeed? I know people are strange, but that looks more than just a wild night in the woods.

a bit of voyeurism with what looks to be some C&BT...   :yike:

Whatever floats your boat i guess..

A lot of these are my buddies and I, but I got a tree planter on camera.  These were all taken in Idaho too.  I used to shed hunt the same area and hold the sheds I found up for a picture in front of my camera on the way out!

Years ago I was asked to participate in the filming of a Nimrod commercial.  Myself and my brother in law were the rifle hunters and there were also fire fighters demonstrating the firefighting gear.  This could be something similar.

It looks like a fishing net tied to the rope tied to his junk.  Maybe it was a fishing argument gone array, but who keeps handcuffs and chains handy? :dunno:  Still very disturbing and I would report it.

I think somebody already did!  I agree a call to authorities would be in order.  He looked like he needed help badly.
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"
