I think this is on another thread too, but I had a missfire using 777 pellets and no 11's! I called Hodgson and they said musket caps are fine to use with the pellets but they can't stand behind the reliability of no 11's with the pellets. I only use powder now. |

Triple Seven pellets work great with musket caps in my 22" Black Diamond. That was the load the first time I ever fired a front stuffer. Have not had a misfire using that combo yet. Even when carried for days. |
