Nice.

Went out Sat. off San Juan and caught one eight inch pink and a flounder, guess I dragged that ball a little low.   :chuckle:  Did lose two others but not much happening on other boats either.

I was going to ask you the same thing. :chuckle: I was using a white flasher, (E CHIP), it has rainbow colors when the light hits it and a double glow green spoon w/black speckles on the green. Swains has them. We had to go down to 200 ft. This was a week ago Sunday.

That's exactly one of the things we were using, actually it was the green double glow spatterback Coho Killer, we have done very well on that one. also a watermellon Kingfisher but the best has been herring. give that a try, Just the herring, no flasher, put it like 20-30 feet off the clip and down to where you find the fish on the sounder sometimes 250'-300', you still have to weed through the wild ones though and the dogfish but hey catchin fish is catchin fish right !!  :hello:

I cut herring into strips and salt them in med. course rock sea salt and a bottle of pur Anise extract. Stays for months in the frig. I put a strip on the hook of my spoon or top hook of a hoochy.

Boy was it foggy this morning. We through back 7 to get this one. 8 lb's. My partner caught two at one time, he had two hooks and had one on each hook. He said wow this is a nice fish,  :chuckle: then two 8 to 9 lb silvers can up. Had to throw them back. :bash: Lots of shakers and two 5 lb black mouths.

Great Job there PA Ben, Nice to finally put a face with the name !! Yeah we didn't do so hot today, it was difficult to even get the 3 we finally ended up with, It was a really nice day though calm water and the tide was slow, Not sure what our problem was today but we finally had to accept defeat.  :(

Great Job on the limits again !!!  :hello: Maybe I'll get em next time !!

Nice fish!  A kid I know limited in Seiku with some buddies last week.  The fish seem to be south as I don't know anyone catching any silvers around the San Juans.   :bash:  I want more salmon!!

It seemed like they were running at all different depths. I don't think we caught more then 2 at the same depth. Anywhere from 50 to 220. :dunno:
