worst opening day i ahve ever had to get started the 6 point i have been watching for the last 2 months is on private property now and wont leave ad then i went up slide ridge shady pass area and it was solid snow and ice and my mom and i almost died cause of sliding twards the edge quite a few times every camp we passed had atleast one deer and i couldnt find crap on public land well im done ranting there is always tomorrow
i've always wanted to dress in a bigfoot costume and run by ppls trail cams so when they look at them their like wtf

i did muzzlebuck but i have only seen a handfull of bucks  and the 6 point is the one i always saw and then the second area i went didnt have snow 3 days bd season then when i got up there there was snow everywhere wich in return pushed the deer around alot more and all that area is thick timber

I saw nothing but fog, i did see a coyote, but he got lead poisoning.
Saw alot of hanging meat and some doe's

I was a road hunter today with my father who cant hike out in the woods anymore. and we were in the same area only saw one 4x4 that was shot. Saw 2-- 2x2's and a ton of does. This was a very slow start compared to last year. We didnt have any trouble on the roads. very slick but put her in 4 low and went slow. we were all over the swakane and entiat units today. Only deer we saw were on the cashmere side of the swakane. not a deer to be seen on the roads we were traveling. LOTS OF ORANGE!!

well i had it in 4l but i have a bronco 2 with street tires and i dont think it really liked the ice

Tomorrow's the day to find the little unhunted pockets. I heard more shots and saw more bucks harvested on the 2nd day than the first, really. Best of luck to you!

The509, just be carefull on those roads up top when they are slick.  We have seen more than one rig off the side up there over the years.  I grew up hunting that country and still do when I can draw the Entiat archery tag.  Always nice to hunt your "back yard" when you are growing up.  Nice find with the camera.

yea im not going up that high again this year and yea it was and it only had two pics that were of seattle so i know i wont find the person that owns it so i might keep it or sell it and buy me a nice shotty
