Okay so Cabelas is a good brand. What about the Kitchen Aid with the meat grinder attachment.  Used it? heard stories?

I also used the Kitchen Aid with grinder attachment a few years ago on a deer.  My advice: DON'T USE IT!  The tray is way to small.  It took FOREVER to grind up just one tray it was so slow.  I got so pissed off and frustrated at the damn thing.  Do yourself a favor and buy a good one.  You won't regret it.

I agree also on kitchen aid it was a BIG disapointment. I've done around a hundred pounds with it and its going to a garage sale.
