It is a WAC. That is a rule adopted by the Fish and Wildlife Commission. So it would be possible to change it without going to the Legislature. I think we would have to have the WDFW on board with this but I doubt it will be possible until the current three year package comes up for renewal. George and I have a meeting later in the month with enforcement. I'll sound things out.
Would be nice to have it a universal 72 hour check.
