If all the evidence is as stated here, she made a fool of herself, with such acusations... This attitude makes wolves more of the problem than they really are/will be...

Is this a new pack?  Or are these the wolves that were killing sheep and attacking sheep dogs near E-burg last year?

I got an email this morning with pictures. More wolf tracks were found in the Joe Watt /Taneum area. Anyone that does not believe it was wolves that spooked the elk is not being realistic. It is nice to know that we have a wolf lover as a manager for the LT Murray. :bash:
share the pictures with the manager- maybe he doesn't know about them.  Just because he has problems with illegal shed hunters doesn't make him a "wolf lover"...

I dunnno - you can decided for yourself

A bunch of regular 007's.  You would have a hayday in my house, since I have a cougar print and coyote on the wall... a real predator lover.  Maybe you should stop by and try to have a reasonable conversation before jumping to conclusions.

I have a feeling that the Daily Record is responsible for what seemed like an attic on shed hunters entering the closed area, the paper has a long history of poor journalistic habits like embellishing on a story and inputting there own personal opinions into a story, small town politics run this paper. I have been a subscriber for close to 30 years just for the entertainment value :chuckle:

I agree Wacoyotehunter that a pic on thewall does not mean they are a wolf lover.
That said you didn't think that wolves were going to be such a big deal, and that we should take a "wait and see" attitude towards them.   :twocents:

:yike:So a pic on a wall makes someone a wolf lover and advocate of one.  :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:  I got some pics of wolves at my house, I have a shirt with a nice looking wolf, my kids go to the Wapato school district and their mascot is the wolves, my mother-in-law has a 3 series picture frame of a pack of wolves and wolves have culture values within my Tribe so does that make me a wolf lover tree hugger?  No, it doesn't, I respect the wolf for it's culture values within our Tribe but do not support the amount at which the State wants to see in it's return because they will do more harm than good in my opinion and should be closely controlled if they want them here.

I'll withhold judgement on this person until I've had a talk with them and then I will make my own choice as to their stance on the issues.

Though I do agree that it's probably wolves chasing the elk around and not shed hunters.
