Title: how does the GE cameras work?
Post by: muleyslayer#1 on July 06, 2012, 10:58:21 AM: well yesterday bought a GE X500 Black 16MP UltraZoom Digital Camera, 15X Optical Zoom, 4.9-73.5mm f3.0 Wide Angle Lens, 2.7" LCD w/ Viewfinder. I was just wondering how good of pictures it takes and and if anyone knows anything about the camera. Thanks!

For me, I personally thought the camera was quite cheaply built and too light, plus it's pretty small; but I have Huge hands and I have always used Big, Robustly built cameras, so that's a personal thing. Plus I like to be able to interchange camera lenses.

For the occasional photographer that doesn't want to spend Big $$$$$ s on a camera and lenses I think this camera would be a good one.
