I took my youngest fishing for the first time and he reeled in a perch. It was his first fish. He did not want to touch it. Bonus was that it was on my birthday. It was a great morning.

Thanks everyone! I've got 2 older sons, 17 and 14. My wife and I are foster parents and this youngest guy is now out of the system and with us, thankfully. He is great fun and a real blessing. Hopefully we'll get more fish soon and then move on to bigger game.
