Hunting not allowed as Make-A-Wish

This is a new article that was part of an NRA-ILA Alert today.  Although the story started in 1998, it’s heartening to know that that the mother of the young man who had his wish denied went on to create the non-profit Hunt of a Lifetime organization to facilitate hunting and fishing trips for children with life-threatening illnesses.  Read the article and pass it on; we need these types of organizations.

It's a shame that Make-A-Wish Foundation has taken an official stance of no hunting related wishes just because of the anti-hunting sentiment of a few donors.

Lots of other good hunting and fishing organizations out there that just do hunting and fishing.

thats pretty damn sad .... just like FOX on TV they sign on UFC and stated that UFC can not advertise anything to do with guns or hunting  :bash: :bash: :bash: As much money as Dana White has you would think he would have his own network ....alot of hunters in the UFC !

I have to add that Make-A-Wish is a good organization.  I was just very disappointed they would take such a stance.

Let's hope Hunt of a Lifetime continues to grow.
