Title: Custom Musky/Swimbait stick
Post by: teal101 on July 20, 2012, 08:49:19 AM
I built this to go with my white and black Revo Toro.  It is a Lamiglas LGM96-1XH 1-8oz, 8', Xtra Heavy blank.  I used a Matagi ACS reel seat and Matagi Butt cap.  Fuji SiC Ti K guides were used throughout.  EVA split grip.  Pro Wrap thread and Mudhole winding checks.  Time to move on to my Lamiglas Light Steelhead spinning rod.

Very nice!! I started building rods last year. I have only done two but I want to do some more. The first one was a 6'6 spinning rod nothing special just a cheap lamiglas blank. The second one is a 7' crankbait rod for bass. I spral wrapped the guides just to try it out.
