Title: WalMart trail cams on sale
Post by: MichaelD on July 21, 2012, 10:48:30 AM: Just found the 3pm Tasco flash trail cams on sale at WalMart for $40. Guys in the Sunnyside-Tri Cities area don't bother looking as they were all sold out as of this morning. :chuckle: :sry:

Not sure they are worth it or not, but for the price I couldn't pass them up. :dunno:

I wouldn't say the trigger speed is slow. It's as fast or faster than many other cameras that cost a lot more. The chasingame review has it at 1.5 seconds. The lack of range with the flash is about the only drawback I've found with the Tasco's.

I am tempted to go down to the end of my driveway and walk into the timber a mile where I have them set up but they have only been there a week and im trying to wait 2 weeks! :bash: Its tough to wait lol looking forward to seeing what the pictures look like :tup:

Post by: N7XW on July 22, 2012, 08:54:20 PM: For you guys that are getting night pics, do you have them on high or low setting? I haven't gotten one night pic but a ton of day pics. I've got it on high resolution, don't know if it would work better at night on low. :dunno:
