i seen a hoyt alphamaxx 32 for sale for 400.00 in excellent condition. is this a good deal. or should i look for a maxxis 31. what do you hoyt guys think.
-
Is it a bare bow or loaded?
-
depends what type stuff it comes with if any.
-
Alphamax is probably one of the best bows hoyt ever made.
-
I'll agree with that nubbs :tup:but then agian all hoyts are great.
-
its just for the bow bare.
-
its just for the bow bare.
they made them for a couple years i believe. any idea what year?
-
They made them in 09 and 2010. I have an 09 at my house right now love that bow.
-
not sure what year it is i will ask. the string is a little worn but not a problem i can get those replaced. i forgot it has a limb driver arrow rest.
-
the '13 bows will be announced between oct and jan taking the price down a little more. Off the top of my head I'd say its an ok deal, not screamin, not bad, just ok. :twocents: you can look at the archerytalk classifieds and get a pretty good idea what they're going for.
-
Na I would get it down or pass. I buy stuff all the time, its not a great or good deal. If you are going to be putting another 50-90 in it for a new string and maybe new cables. I would pass at 400.
-
Carp is right, didn't think of the strings. You'd basically be into a 3 year old bow for 500. I bought a 3 year old 82nd airborne with good strings for 350. Shop around.
-
yeh you are right. thanks will keep lurking for a good deal in the future
-
like they said unless you need a new bow, wait till winter when the new hoyts hit the market and buy a new vector turbo!
