Title: 338 Lapua 600 yard fun
Post by: Jim the Plumber on July 22, 2012, 10:51:19 PM: Just switched Nightforce scopes on my Rbros built 338 Lapua, and even though we had a bit of wind going on, I figured I'd get a good 100 yard zero and then throw a few at 600 to see what the wind was doing to the 300 grain MK's. I dialed 2.9 MILs up and held center on the bull.
With 4 rounds left, I fired for effect and got this nice little 3.75" group 3 tenths mil left, confirming my wind call precisely.
