Put my first Cam out 2 weeks ago and am going to pull the ssd soon. Maybe tonite. I keep seeing the phrase "soak" . Are you guys refering to the time you leave the camera out or actual rain. Newbie

In this state, 9 months out of the year, that is one and the same. :chuckle:

Soak: amount of time the camera was in the woods doing its thing!
Hope you are using a bear box and a good lock?!
Have fun and budget for more....more cams, more fuel to run and check them, more bait and blocks...but it is FUN!!

That's even been the case here on the east side this year! :chuckle: :dunno: The last storm that blew through even washed out some of the roads around here...
