Title: Knight bighorn?
Post by: duckmen1 on July 26, 2012, 07:47:03 PM: Just bought me the knight bighorn .50 cal and am very excited to use it.
I expect great groups out of this gun and love the thumb hole stock.
anybody else have this gun, if so how do you like it?

Post by: Minstrel on August 09, 2012, 08:56:38 PM: The Bighorn is younger twin to the Wolverine 209 which hits a minute of dinner with 260 grains over 4 30 grain compressed pellets (120 grains total) out to least 125 yards. The 250 grain load should perform well with 100 grains of compressed pellets. Take it to the range and find out. The 260 grain bullet unfortunately went out of production when Knight closed its doors a few years ago and I haven't seen them since. I bought enough at the time to keep me in business for a while, but I will eventually need to find another load.
