got a muzzleloader tag for elk in the siouxon unit. I am eager to get up there and start scouting anybody do well well the muzzleloader tag in this gmu

Always thought a muzzy tag in there would be fun. Family and friends have hunted it for years with the bow. I haven't hunted it for a few years due to large number off tall thick timber. The area I hunted............a man could die standing up now a days.
You should be fine, good thing is, it's close, so scouting won't be bad

Up canyon creek on the 57 rd then turn north on the 57 rd go to the top of the hill and shoot one.I cant keep the damn things away from my trail cameras(trying for cat pics)That area is called bear mt on the south side of the siouxon wilderness area(I dont know if it is a offical wilderness area)it is big country and has alot of elk in it.

Some of my old stomping grounds up there. Trapper creek wilderness...thick, nasty, and full of elk! and bear!
