Title: Praire Storm Steel
Post by: LiveandLearn on August 08, 2012, 09:40:49 AM
Has anyone used Praire Storm Steel for ducks? The only difference from Black Clouds are the number of FS pellets from what I can tell.

I have used them on pheasants and they work great. They are the same as black cloud just marketed different and a little more fps.

I had initially thought it was just in lead, but they offer both.  I have shot the lead version and it shot very well.  It was a good upland load.  I have shot 5-6 cases of the black cloud and it shoots pretty good as well.  I only buy it if I get a smoking price on it as I kill the birds just fine with the less expensive stuff.   :twocents:

Non toxic is less of a headache with all the lead restricted areas.
