Wow Rasbo you sure are a kind man to offer your services for free. I have to ask though, do you really think anyone in their right mind would pass on that buck? I can talk about it all I want, but when hes 20 yards away and my bows in hand, im layin out the red carpet son!I would shoot him as soon as the season let me,thats a fine buck...I would be stressing about another hunter for sure

Oh I hear ya man. Even though I know deep down your right from a management standpoint, it would be my biggest as he is this year. If they both came in together I might shoot the big five, but if freak nasty shows himself alone, he might die.

Now if I was in your shoes and have'nt killed a nice buck then I agree with you and this buck would probably hit the dirt if he came in by himself........ However I dont think I would take him right away, you have a long season ahead of you and my experience has shown that if you take what you think is the best, you will regret it later on.
Two years ago I had a nice mid 150's buck coming in on a regular basis. The first evening I sat in the stand he showed up and I smoked him and he is my best archery kill to date... After doing so I pulled the card out of my trail cam loaded him up and went back home and looked at the pictures. Lets just say that when I looked at the pictures I got a little sick to my stomach. :bash: I had a real nice 176" buck that was coming in more frequent than the buck I had just shot. Had I known this I would have waited for that opportunity. Instead I let my brother "Beeman" sit in the stand and he took him out on the last day.
Again, we have a pretty long season, and judging by the bucks that you have on cam this year and the ones in the past, I personally would be in no hurry to fill that tag. But, I also would'nt hold it against you if you decide to take him out!
