here ya go,in the pan and on the plate,,I dont know what the little red pepper is,but its so frigging hot..Two of my plants in the redneck greenhouse are peppers that I have no idea what they are,the rest are jalapenos, cayenne and a cajun pepper..

real simple,country style pork ribs{cheap}about 10 anahiem chili's and 4 jalapena chili's 2 onions and garlic,maters if ya have a few laying around..char the peppers while you grill the pork and onion,put the peppers in a sack and let them steam,then pull the skin off all the peppers and stem and core them.chop everything in 1 inch pieces,throw in a pot,add a jar of your favorite salsa or two,and 1 cup of water,,,bring to a boil,put a lid on and simmer till tender..Once its tender I take the lid off and let it cook down stirring once in awhile..when it get to the thickness you like for burritos ,its game on..

Hmmm...funny that Kiddo and I made up a batch of Chili Verde last night as well as some Cuban black beans.
