Title: Triangle flashers / line twist?
Post by: Knotabite on August 21, 2012, 07:07:02 AM: I was wondering how in the world do you keep your line from twisting when using those triangle flashers? I hook onto the downrigger back 16 to 18 feet then back to a cut plug herring and all i get is line twist clear up to the clip on the rigger. I might add i have a 6 bead chain swivel and weed gaurd out front of the flasher? Any help or ideas would be great!! Thanks..

Post by: Houndhunter on August 21, 2012, 07:13:46 AM: try using a ball barring swivel, not my type of fishing but those have helped us when we were having the same type of problem. not sure on the brand or name of them

I use some scent oil on the swivels. :twocents:
