Click "Attachments and other options" below where your script is when posting.  When that opens, press the "Browse..." button next to the bold "Attach:", and find the file on your computer, and then hit "Post" on the bottom.

Not bad for my first buck period. I was actually looking for another buck I have seen 7 times in a nearby clear cut. This guy is new

Great buck. What kind of camera? Did you crop the picture?

When you preview your post, the attachments don't show, as you found out.

Yeah, "Wildgame Innovations."  I have two of their cameras, the W6X model, which Amazon had back in January for $50 each. One of mine I just sent back to Wildgame for a replacement under warranty.

The other one has been working great. I really like the videos.

After I find the picture I want, I left-click to highlight it, then right-click on it an click "select".  For some reason, my Wildgame pics don't post unless I resize them in "paint", and save them as a JPG file, then do as I described.  Probably not the right way, but it works for a low-tech old fart like me!  :chuckle:

No, sounds like you're doing it the right way. Just got to resize them so they're not too big. I usually use Microsoft Office Picture Manager, but I'm sure Paint works just as well.

So we can pull the file off our own computer now?
And we don't have to go through a site like photobucket or equal?

That's what I've been doing.  The site doesn't seem to like big pictures, though, so I resize the ones I want to post to 800x600.  Doesn't seem to hurt the looks any either...

You could always do it that way. I never had a problem attaching pictures directly. Only issue was they had to be resized to 800x600 or smaller.

I've seen some big pictures posted--I'm thinking maybe it's the format that the site doesn't like?

It's taking bigger sizes now. For a while there it wouldn't take anything bigger than 800x600. I'm not sure what the max is now. I still size them to 800x600 as there's no reason to go any bigger than that.

I photo shopped and re-sized , dumped a .jpg on my desktop and grabbed it
