I thought I had my boat sold earlier in the week but noooooooo, some one changed their mind! So, what do ya do...........go fishing of course! My second trip of the year out for silvers and all I can say is, come on Edmond's coho derby! Granted I didn't boat any derby winning size fish, but still we did well. It wasn't fast and furious by any means but it was steady. About a fish and hour. Caught 4 between my GF and I, and lost 3. All 4 were native males between 5.5 and 9 lbs. It was an absolute beautiful day on the water. The wind did kick up a bit at the end but still a very nice day. Today was one of those day's that reminds us all why we live here.

Nice fishes!

Nothing better than fresh coho on the grill. Yes, nates are legal to keep in area 9. All 4 were native males. I am trying to sell the big Seaswirl to get back into an aluminum boat. I tell ya though, on a day like yesterday I was happy to have a heavy fiberglass deep V hull! The wind came up in the afternoon and we had white caps and rough sea's. Through in a heavy dose of big boat traffic and it was a rock and a rolling out there!

Nice goin' dude! Am I to take it that yer partner wasn't really into taking pics with her limit? :chuckle:
Congrats on another good day in the boat!
-
No, she hadn't dolled herself up that day so she refused to pose! :chuckle:

Nice looking fish. I was out for a few hours sat am but only went for some quick crab. Not fishing the derby so staying away this coming weekend.

I saw a boat that looked like yours and pointed it out to my GF. Maybe it was you. I told her I wanted to get one like yours when I sell mine.
-
It is a very handy size...my boat. Good on gas as well.
-
damn blue chips there.....cant sell your boat now....unless your getn a bigger and better one of course.....like a 32 ft north river with the captains cabin, hell you will have all kinds of buddies then, except when you fill the tank... :chuckle: :chuckle:
-
I have a 105 gallon tank now that I can't afford to fill. :yike: Throw in 3 gallons of 2 cycle oil at 30 bucks a gallon and......................... :ACRY: :cryriver:
