Title: Orange on the high hunt.

The way I'm reading it, archery or muzzy hunters must wear orange on the high hunt...correct?

Yes, because it is in an area open to modern.

Yes, because there will be a modern deer season open on September 15.

Correct, open to all weapons so they dont want the modern guys picking off the moving camo blob from 1500 yds away...

Archers don't have a high hunt. At least not the hunt that is normally referred to as the high hunt. It is for modern and muzzleloaders only. But yes, anytime there is an overlap with modern firearm seasons, archers and muzzleloaders must wear orange just like the modern guys.
