OK guys here is proof we are out of elk in the Blues. Remember these are in front of the cmera and I know there are at least 8 more in this group that are out of the picture. Count carefully and you will see at least 9 here of various dimension. I picked this camera up 9/5 while packing a bull out for a non client. I know where are the pictures but I did not have my camera. He had a 9 inch drop on his left side I would guess him upper 350's to 370 gross.

More proof the BMM is hiding elk in the Blues... Saving them for themselves... since they ruined the Colockum by sending BF into to eat all the elk...

Sing it brother. I would like to see what the BMM members on this forum have to say about that. That picture is worth a thousand words. It seems the BMM have been caught red handed. Thank you mtncook for bringing the truth to light.

Like you didn't pay him off. I know how you snobby New Yorkers work. :chuckle:

Just because when I go elk hunting I drive a Rolls Royce and drink expensive Champagne doesn't make me a snob. And yes I just freely admitted on a public forum to drinking and driving my Rolls Royce all at the same time. But us New Yorkers are so rich I just buy my way out of tickets. :chuckle:

-
i havent seen anything but spikes all year! no BAB's in the blues
-
Couldn't have said it better myself Run! That's a genuine picture of Colocks. Elk pen, anybody that has been lucky enough to catch a picture and escape with their lives and lived long enough to pass on the evidence will tell you the exact thing.

Geez Dave you didn't have to post those pictures.
Iv'e had a hard enough time trying to sleep for the last month.
Heading over Sat. I'll see you Sun. morning.

Ok enough with the sarcasim. Why does everyone say that there are no elk in the blues. We see a lot of good bulls come out of there every year. Just want a serious answer. Don't mean to be an ass about it but I plan on applying for a archery tag in the weanah in the years to come
-
Waist of money! :twocents: WEANAH is void of elk :sry: stay closer to yakima
-
Mntcook, that 7 point will be just about the right size in three years when I draw my tag so don't let anyone shoot him :chuckle: hopefully he's on the right side of the trail

because there's enough hunters in the blues as it is. A LOT of them! i quit hunting dayton because every wide spot in the road had 4 rigs in it for modern. are there elk? sure, one or two... ;) :chuckle:

I'm just curious. Do you get lots of pics in September? I've found that once mid-August hits they could care less about salt...
-
kiss I know mine drop off bad in late aug. :bash: I had 4 good bulls coming into mine and after they shed the velvet I only got one and the bucks did the same :bash:

Mtncook, was that you in the pics helping Bryan get his bull out? Talk about inspiring my son to start packing for his West Wenaha ML tag...
I have pics but not my place to post them...
-
I packed that bull out 9/5, BT was the guys initials. I have one nice pic with his face blacked out. Again not my place to post his pics. It is a nice bull and his first archery.
