Title: Any Northeast bears taken?
Post by: gun-dog on September 11, 2012, 04:41:09 PM: I have been searching high and low for some bears and have had ZERO luck. Found some sign high up in the huckleberries but I have not laid eyes on a bear this season. Is anyone seeing anything? Not asking for spots, just advice. If anyone has any thoughts I would greatly appreciate it.

Saw 4 bears over the weekend in Stevens County.

Post by: Mudman on September 26, 2012, 04:34:34 PM: Read everything bearpaw has to write on bears. Hes prophetic. Gave me a small tip on calling and it worked like he told the bear exactly what to do, amazing. I see more bears up there in the dark wet timber, not open hills suntanning!!!! :chuckle:
