So, I got this pic... if you have decent software, try and manipulate this so that you might be able to tell what it is??? I can't get away from thinking its an owl, but the roundness of the whole thing and the apparent lack of wings is just confusing me... what the heck???? Its the object in the air, at ridge height, on the left side of the pic.

Can't work it really well as the color in the background is so close to the color of the bird. And it gets very grainy with brightness and zoom. But it doesn't appear to have feathers on it's legs and the wings are lightly barred. So I would have to say red tailed hawk.
