Hi All,
First Off, Great forum!
I am have been living in Whatcom County for almost 10 years, duck hunted the last few and had alot of fun. I grew up hunting in another state, so learning as I go here.
I was hopeing to step it up and try for deer this year , so bought a muzzleloader and then got shipped out last minute for the early muzzie :'( I was REALLY REALLy hopeing to make it into the high alpine for that. Oh well. Next year....
Looking forward to the late muzzie season and doing alot of access research. I found a Stewart Timber gate on Lookout mt, gave them a call to double check access for hunting, and got a reply that they no longer hold that property. :bash:
How long has that been the case? Is it still ok to Hunt? I swear that was the name on the gate when I scouted with my daughter... Just a bit frustrated I even called them.
Is it because the of the Reconveyance I keep hearing about?
Thanks for any help or advice. Hope you are all out hunting and filling those tags.
