this was my first hunt of the season and my dog was more then ready for it and he did great on holding his points and finding birds

Those little bad boys look tasty.. Congrats on a great hunt. If your interested in trying a little different recipe, here's a link to by far my favorite quail recipe. Since we pretty much only have quail down here in Georgia, I eat a TON of quail and I've tried lots of different recipes. The only thing I do a little differently is only cook the quail (usually 4-6) about 35 minutes, and I baste them about twice as much. I also use a little of the extra sauce for dipping. This recipe is absolutely awesome and really easy.

Fun! Great looking dog, and those quail look tasty! I need to get out there.

went once so far this year, but was mainly deer spotting looks tasty though. Good Job.
