Title: Ahh...My late season archery tag
Post by: 270Flat on October 14, 2012, 07:55:25 PM
Took a buddy out for the opener. WOW!! I'm so glad I have an archery tag. I have never seen so many people in the mountains with orange on. Not sure if it is always like that during modern deer, never been out during that time.

I rarely run into other people, even on public ground kn the westside.  I did a 6 mile loop on opening day and the only other guy I saw was at the trailhead going the other way. Did a few more miles an hour east of Seattle today and saw nobody.

I took a trip east friday to the Methow Valley pumpkin patch, what a zoo. I figured it would be bad again this year with guys looking for non burned areas but it was way worse than I had even imagined. I have never seen so many guys in that area...........ever.
