All venison is good, but the best I've had was corn-fed Wisconsin whitetail.

Post by: lokidog on March 10, 2013, 11:17:28 AM: Blacktail, you have family back there? We used to hunt Plainfield and my parents have a crapload of land up by Ladysmith in the NW. They are also covered in bears these days, but it is hard to draw a tag.

I was able to shoot a deer back in 04 or so near Lodi on a CWD landowner tag, didn't even have to buy a hunting license. :tup:
