Weaver Optics, owned by ATK Federal is now located in Anoka, MN. The 1-800 number listed on the Weaver Optics web site only gets you to a voice mail and leave a message. Unfortunately, the customer service is only two guys trying to answer voice and emails. I tried the 1-800 number for two weeks along with several emails without response. I finally called ATK Corporate, next door to Weaver Optics, and was told that Weaver Optics moved to MN from Wisconsin and sacked all customer service reps. Corporate was able to connect me with the customer service supervisor, Don Davis, who was able to give me 'return goods authorization' number. Without the RGA, Weaver will not warranty you scope. For those of you trying to return scopes his number is: 1-763-712-7744.
