Title: bonney lake elk
Post by: highmuley on November 03, 2012, 02:42:03 AM
I just changed my work schedule from night shift to weekends. I get to hunt this week but, I don't know anywere close to home. I have to be near home so I can take care of the kiddos. Does anyone know of an area fairly close to bonney lake (within 50 miles or so) that's open. I don't have a greenwater tag so no-go there. I used to hunt 501 (lincoln) were I used to live. I may go there anyway. Any thoughts? (Note:please leave the "I'm not givin out my honey hole BS"....I'm not lookin for GPS coordinates, just a general area or access point). Thanks in advance.

Nothing great within 50 unless you did some serious scouting.  But you got the Mashel and the Skookumchuck.  Definitely not honey holes.
